SHAOLIN WEAPONS

Shaolin weapons forms are sequences of movements performed with traditional Chinese martial arts weapons, such as staffs, swords, or spears. At the academy we practise 18 traditional Shaolin weapons,  These forms are choreographed movements, where each movement flows smoothly into the next.

In these forms, practitioners learn how to use the weapon effectively for self-defense, attack, and even artistic expression. Each weapon has its own unique techniques and characteristics, and practitioners must master the specific movements and stances associated with each weapon.

Shaolin weapons forms not only teach martial skills but also help develop strength, coordination, and focus. They are an important part of Shaolin Kung Fu training, preserving ancient techniques and passing them down through generations.
