**Shaolin Kung Fu Academy & Wing Chun Academy Dubai Membership Terms of Service**
Welcome to Shaolin Kung Fu Academy & Wing Chun Academy Dubai! We are excited to have you join our community of martial arts enthusiasts. Please read the following terms carefully before becoming a member:
1. Membership Eligibility: To become a member of Shaolin Kung Fu Academy & Wing Chun Academy Dubai, you must be at least 18 years of age or have parental consent if you are a minor. You must also be in good health and physical condition to participate in our training programs.
2. Fees: Membership fees/Credit Packs are to be paid in advance. Fees are non-refundable and non-transferable across All products and services, Any additional charges for special events or workshops will be communicated in advance.
3. Membership/Credit Usage: Lesson credits are sold in packs which have expiration dates, if session credits are depleated before the pack expiration date the pack will automatically expire on the day of the last avalible session credit. Membership/Credit pack are non-refundable & non-transferable.
4. Training Schedule: Members are expected to adhere to the training schedule provided by the academy. Any changes to the schedule will be communicated in advance. Regular attendance is encouraged to make progress in your martial arts journey.
5. Code of Conduct: Members are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and disciplined manner at all times. Any disruptive or disrespectful behavior will not be tolerated and may result in the termination of membership.
6. Safety and Liability: While participating in training sessions, members are responsible for their own safety and well-being. Shaolin Kung Fu Academy & Wing Chun Academy Dubai will not be held liable for any injuries or accidents that may occur during training.
7. Intellectual Property: All training materials, techniques, and knowledge shared during classes are the intellectual property of Shaolin Kung Fu Academy & Wing Chun Academy Dubai. Members are not allowed to reproduce, distribute, or share this information without permission.
8. Termination of Membership: Shaolin Kung Fu Academy & Wing Chun Academy Dubai reserves the right to terminate a membership if a member violates any of the terms of service or engages in behavior that is deemed harmful to the academy or its members.
9. Marketing & Media: By enrolling, students (or guardians) consent to the use of Photos, Videos, and recordings taken during classes, events, or Academy activities for use in marketing, promotions and social media by the Academy. If you do not consent, please notify us is writing before particpation.
Booking Policy:
10. Booking in Advance: All classes must be booked in advance via our booking system App, website or by contacting front desk. Walk-ins are not guranteed spot and will only be accommodated subject to avalability.
11. Class Avalability: Class slots are subject to avalability and operate on a first-come, first-served basis.
12. Cancellations & No-Shows: If you can not attend a class you've booked, please cancel atleast 8 hours in advance for group classes and 24 hours for private coaching. This allows to free up the slot for another student. No-Shows and late cancellations will result in forefiture of the sessions.
13. Arrival Time: Students must arrive 10 mins before class starts to allow time for registration and warm-up. Late arrivals may be refused entry to avoid disruption and for safety reasons.
14. Class Attendance: Students must attend the class they are booked into, switching classes on the day is not permitted without approval. Make-up sessions are not guranteed and will only be allowed at the discretion of the Academy.
15. Payment Requirement: Class bookings are only confirmed once payment is received. Students without an active membership or pack will not be permitted to book or attend classes.
16. Instructor or Schedule Changes: The Academy reserves the right to change instructors, class times, or cancel classes with reasonable notice. In the event of cancellation by the Academy, Students will be notified and given the option to rebook.
Uniform Policy:
17. Offiical Uniform Required: All students must wear the offical Shaolin Kung Fu Academy uniform (Kung Fu suit, Tai Chi uniform or Sanda gear) appropriate to there training program. The uniform must be clean, ironed, and in good condtion at all times. Students must wear the correct sash or belt according to there rank, Sahses must be tied neatly and appropriately before the start of class.
18. Footwear: Martial Arts training shoes (indoor-only) may be required for certain classes. No outdoor shoes or bare feet unless specified. Slippers must be worn outside the training hall (no barefoot walking in common areas)
19. Grooming & Hygiene: Nails must be trimmed to avoid injury, Students must maintain personal hygiene (clean uniform, body and breath) to show respect to partners and instructors.
20. Protective Gear: Appropiate protective equipment (gloves, shin guards, mouth guard etc) must be worn when sparring or as instructed by the coach.
Etiquette Policy:
21. Restpect the Shifu & Instructors: Bow when entering or leaving the training hall, Address instructors by there correct titles ie: Shifu, Jiaolian, Sir/Ma'am, Listen attentively and follow instructions without interruption.
22. Respect Fellow Students: Treat all students with kindness, patience, and humility. No teasing, arguing, bullying, or disruptive behaviour is tollerated. Help lower-ranked students if needed and set a good example.
23. Punctuality: Arrive 10 mins early to warm up and prepare, If you are late, stand at the edge of the training floor and wait for permission to join.
24. Phones & Distractons: Mobile phones must be switched off or silenced during class. No chewing gum, food, or drinks in the training hall.
25. Conduct Outside the Academy: Students are ambassadors of the Academy. Always act with honor and integrity outside the training hall.
Failure to follow these policies may result in a warning or suspension from classes. Repeated violations may lead to dismissal from the Academy
