KIDS KUNG FU
Our mission is to empower children through the discipline of Shaolin Kung Fu, providing mentoring and coaching that keeps them active and focused. By instilling purpose, goals, and targets, we aim to steer them away from idle screen time at home, fostering physical fitness, mental resilience, and a path to personal growth.
THE PROGRAM
Shaolin Kung Fu Training: Participants will receive expert coaching in the fundamentals of Shaolin Kung Fu, learning techniques that promote physical fitness and mental focus.
Health and Agility: Through structured exercises and routines, children will enhance their overall health, agility,
and flexibility.
Mental Health and Resilience: Our program emphasises discipline and mindfulness, teaching valuable techniques to manage stress and cultivate mental resilience.
Self-Defence Skills: Participants will acquire practical self- defence skills that empower them to navigate challenges with confidence and composure.
